Returns Made Easy

At MarsAccs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Just make sure your items are in new, resalable condition and include the original packaging, hardware, and accessories.

How to Request a Return

If the return isn't due to a MarsAccs error, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. Please note: If you return an item that originally shipped for free (e.g., a Portable Freezer), the original shipping cost incurred by MarsAccs will be deducted from your refund.

Once you receive an RMA number from us, ensure your return shipment arrives at our facility within 3 weeks of approval. Returns received after this period may be denied and sent back to you.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Unopened and Unused Items: Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Opened but Unused Items: Can also be returned within 30 days but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Used Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used products.

Important Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will be declined and may not be returned to you. Always request and receive approval through the MarsAccs Returns Process.

Packaging Advice: We recommend repackaging products with care. If you need help packing your items or need additional materials, please contact us. MarsAccs reserves the right to return any unacceptable products to the sender.

Processing your return typically takes 3-7 days after the package arrives at our warehouse. We'll send you an email confirmation once your return is processed and your refund is issued.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Shipping Tips: When returning products, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as MarsAccs cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Clearly print your RMA number on the shipping label.

Promotional Offers

Items purchased during promotional periods will be refunded at the promotional price paid.

Changed Your Mind?

If you need to cancel your order, here's what you need to know:

  • Before Shipping: We'll cancel your order and process a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Follow our Return Policy for a refund. Orders refused at delivery will be processed as returns.

Stock Availability: Occasionally, items may run out of stock or be discontinued without notice. We will keep you informed of any delays, shortages, or discontinued items.
